I ordered a wall mounted fire place, which is perfect and very happy with well worth the money paid. After ordering and not hearing anything and reading reviews I was worried I made a big mistake but to be fair after emailing as the tracker did not up date my order my I was contacred the next day with a tracking number. After tracking it was with the courier who then texted to give me date and asked for any delivery instructions. I asked to leave in the back garden which they did and even phoned me to say it was there so I could pop home and get it in the house. Apart from having to chase where other selling bombard with emails trackers and update I found the whole experience great amd the product was half the price of other and very good.

I bought a feature electric fireplace on line with them which looks brilliant and was the best priced comparex to all the other deals on line. Such sturdy packaging that would survive a nuclear attack to make sure it arrived by despatch unscathed! I had trouble setting up the remote and they responded very quickly and concernedly to help me sort it out. Would defo recommend.
I am so impressed with my fire it's simply BEAUTIFUL it looks really expensive and I can operate it through my phone via the app. The down lights give it that special glow with changeable colours. Love it LOVE IT X
