The bike locker that we bought was good value. There were a few construction issues (I had to re-drill a few holes that were misaligned) but for the price it is good. The locking mechanism isn't sufficient and I will add some additional hasps to make it secure.
The delivery was awful. We were given a delivery day by the courier and I waited in all day as instructed but it didn't arrive. The courier blamed Garden Sanctuary and vice versa - which wasn't very helpful. It eventually arrived over a week later without any notice from the courier.
However - although there were issues, Garden Sanctuary customer service were extremely polite, responsive and helpful
