I ordered the wrong size fence gate . So trying to pay for the difference and getting the right size gate sent and for the company to take back the wrong fence gate at the same time is proving to be a nightmare. Garden Sanctuary do not display a telephone number to contact anyone. The email responses take at least two days and are not answered fully or clearly. The price and quality of the door is acceptable but the Customer Service is very poor! I hope Garden Sanctuary will read this and then contact me on my telephone number and we can resolve this satisfactorily

Great transaction - easy order - great value - the door is light weight but does the job perfectly as do the included hinges and lock. With a lighter door you don’t need heavyweight ironwork / so it all works well - stained up well and very easy to fit - thanks from a Happy customer
