Package arrived and left standing up again our front door. Driver did not ring the door bell or knock. Only found out when my wife and I spotted a dark object standing up on end against the window of the door. This is a large heavy package (600L flat packed metal garden box), and single or older people living on their own would have struggled to remove and lift the package.... I have worked in an engineering environment for over 3 decades and would say that the instructions are poor and do need a little common sense to interpret. There were a number of the plastic washers missing which was annoying as I had to rummage around in my own fasteners for some suitable washers. There was an over supply of screws too, which is OK as I now have some spares. And there was a bag of plastic screw end protectors supplied with the product not mentioned in the instructions. There were also a couple of small shallow dents and a scratch on the product, but I am not worried about this as it's going out side. In summary this is not an "easy" job to assemble and it is time consuming and needs two people at various stages, and some of the panels need persuasion at the corner fit. Box is now complete and in the garden. It looks good, and feels robust. I hope it is waterproof.

Box looks good. We had the box assembled by people who do our garden maintenance, James had no issues but definitely need two people to attach the lid. Happy with purchase
Having purchased large storage boxes in the past, I was concerned that as the price of the 600l box was substantially less than I had paid in the past that the website was a scam
I need not have worried, box arrived very quickly, well packed and is robust. Read the instructions carefully to ensure correct fiitment of locks and feet.
Communication was good and overall I am satisfied with the box and service I received
Well use Garden Sanctuary again when the need arises
