Nice pergola. Took a while to arrive and when we erected it found end caps missing and one broken part. Canopy was not sewn properly one end, so doesn’t support end pole properly and a set of ties to hold it in place were missing. We await replacements!
We looked around at many pergolas and the price ranges were huge. We wanted something that was pretty basic but good quality. We have bought this pergola from Garden Sanctuary and it gives us everything we wanted. Easy to follow instructions and good quality materials and it looks great at such a reasonable price
Great product and good price, just a pity about the instructions on how to put it together.
Lots of warps in supporting columns, mostly cosmetic, some made assembly difficult. Clearly heavily bashed in transit. Instructions hand drawn and could benefit from more detail.
